Family friendly house; heated pool, close to beach

Shaka Villa Vieux Boucau is a great place for the whole family to enjoy, with lots of room, games equipment, and ample outdoor space.

This spacious house was renovated to a high standard in winter21/22 and is fully furnished with high quality furniture, beds, and accessories including a Weber charcoal BBQ, Forge Adour hot plate BBQ, heated pool table soccer, ping-pong table, and a spa.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood only 1km from the centre of Vieux Boucau and the beach.

The 9x4 heated pool and terrace was constructed in Spring 2023!

An electronic pool cover is installed for your kids safety.

The pool is treated with salt and the entrance step is a plaform with ankle hight so great for babys to play as well.

The house is equipped with a charging stations for E-Cars since autumn 2022.

Sunday changeovers in high season.

Air condition will be installed in November 2025 for the living room area, the bed room by the Jacuzzi and one bed room upstairs (the one with one double and one single bed)

The house measures 220m2 on two floors and is built on a 1000m2 plot.

Entering the house through the main door you will find the first bed room with king-size bed and private bathroom. A corridor leads to the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with brand new appliances including a large double door American fridge-freezer with ice cube dispenser.

The spacious open-plan living area comprises of a dining area and a comfortable seating area with high quality couches set around a fireplace and a flat screen smart TV.

Adjacent to the dining and seating areas are several sliding doors which lead to two patios. The first patio, which can be fully enclosed and heated, is equipped with a cozy couch and table soccer. The second patio (accessible from the first patio and the main house) is is an open area overlooking the garden and has a long outside dining table, a Weber charcoal BBQ and a hot plate BBQ.

All 5 bedrooms have wall-closets with sliding doors and are equipped with new high-quality mattresses and bedding.

On the ground floor you will find another bedroom with private bathroom and garden access via sliding doors. The first floor has a bedroom with king-size bed and a second bedroom with 3 single beds, two of which can be joined to form a kingsize double bed.

The third upstairs bedroom is for the kids. This room has 2 bunk beds that each conceal an additional single bed stowed beneath the lower bunk. The room has a TV with console, kids toys and a cozy Fatboy. All the upstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom.

The garden has a heated pool, a Jacuzzi, a boule field (which is great fun to play) a ping-pong table, a table soccer and a dart game.

There are also comfortable sun lounges so you may relax in the sun, or find a shady spot! The garden also has a garage, which is perfect for storing bikes and sports equipment.

You have access to the entire house.

Our Property Manger Phil from Blue Door Agency is always available for you.

The accessible location of the house means you can easily do everything with a bike.

Nevertheless, we recommend having a car to discover the beautiful south west of France (mountains, winery, sports, Spain etc.).

Linen and towels are provided.

We are happy to help arrange airport transfers, surf/yoga lessons, bike rental, and private chefs etc.

Small dogs are allowed, but please ask us before you make a reservation.
