The villa has been fully renovated in 2020, new designed and also equipped with new furniture and a brand new kitchen.
In the spacious garden you'll find a heated (salt) pool surrounded by a wooden decking.
The golf course is just around the corner and downtown Hossegor with its beautiful beaches is only a few minutes away.

The well equipped kitchen leads to the dining area with fireplace and open to the comfortable living room.
On the ground floor you'll find two bedrooms with each a bathroom.
Upstairs is one double room and the kids’ room with two child beds and one baby cot. Also upstairs is a bathroom.
Around the house you'll have a spacious garden with in-ground trampoline, a slide, BBQ and on the backside of the house is another deck for the morning lights with view into the green.
The pool is secured by an electronic cover.
3 cars can easily park in the drive way.
You will have access to the entire house. Only the garage in the garden is private.
The villa is managed by Blue Door Agency and property manager Phil is always happy to help and advise.
The villa is located in a picturesque local neighbourhood at the end of a dead end street.
Hossegor and the entire surrounding has perfectly paved bicycle paths which are great to discover the area and to get around.
The pool is heated from April until end of October.
Maximum 6 adults.
Changeover day in summer is Sundays.
Linen and towels are provided.
