Lux Golf Villa: En Suit Rooms, pool, sauna jacuzzi

Villa Eau de Roche, high-class villa offers all you need for an unforgettable vacation, whether in high or off season. Every bed room has a private bathroom and is air-conditioned. No vis a vis. The villa is surrounded by the famous golf course of Moliets and a beautiful pine forest. The beach is only a few hundred meters away. The villa is well equipped for families with kids. With a heated pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi, air conditioned bed rooms, the villa makes a stay comfortable all year.

The villa measures 170m2 on two floors furnished with stylish, high quality, contemporary equipment and fittings.

Entering through the main door you are greeted by a beautiful double-height open-plan living room and kitchen. Large sliding doors open up to the terrace and pool area.

The sitting area is equipped with large and comfortable corner sofas from where you have a good view of the wall-mounted flat-screen digital TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an American-style fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, and a professional double range oven with induction hob.

On the main floor there is a utility room, a separate toilet (wheelchair accessible), and three bedrooms each with a private bathroom and a double bed that can be separated into two single beds. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has direct access to the large terrace that surrounds the house. Two of the downstairs bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted flat screens. Also, the sauna with shower is located on the ground floor.

The stairs (beautifully lit at night) lead upstairs to two more bedrooms with private bathrooms and air-conditioning, each with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds.

All five bedrooms have high quality bedding, plenty of storage space, a good sized mirror and a hair-dryer.

The south facing terrace with 9x4 heated pool is equipped with luxury loungers, two comfortable garden sofas, a two-person hammock and two outdoor dining tables. Behind the terrace you'll find relaxing spots on the grass area with views into the forest.

Toward the kitchen you'll find the six person Jacuzzi and large stainless steal hot plate (plancha).

In spring 2025 we turned one of the garages into a gym. It is equipped with a bike, a rowing machine, a multi-bench, kettle bells, barbels, mats, elastics, BOSE sound bar and a smart TV.

You have access to the entire property except for one storage rooms, which is private.

You have access to a garage where you can store bikes, surfboards, and golf equipment etc.

By the Jacuzzi you'll also find a separate toilet and shower.

And not to forget the new built (2025) gym.

All double beds can be separated into two single beds and we will happily prepare the rooms to your wishes.

There are two high chairs and two travel cots in the villa.

You can book additional/daily cleaning.

We can also arrange airport transfers and a private chef.

Rental bikes will be delivered to the villa.
