Then Zen house has been built in 2002. It's a 3- bedroom bio climatic house with a clean interior style.
It measures 110m2 with a spacious living room which is open to the homemade kitchen. Almost all furniture in the house is handmade and the interior is created in a clean style with atmospheric light effects.
In the south facing garden is a heated salt pool and many colorful plants and flowers.
The house is available all year and we offer long stay discounts in off season.
The villa is managed by Blue Door Agency and property manager Phil is always happy to help and advise.
The house is located in a calm residential development/ living area.
As you can see on the images the hedges are not grown yet so passing cars can look into the garden but not many people drive through our small neighborhood.
The supermarket, bakery, gift shops and restaurants are in the direct surrounding.
The beach and golf course is only a short 5 min drive down the road.
From where our house is you can basically do everything with the bike. Since a few years the town of Moliets had made the streets all bike friendly.
Nevertheless we recommend to have a car to discover the beautiful south west of France (mountains, winery, sports, Spain etc.).
Linen and Shower Towels are provided.
Please bring our own pool/beach towels.
Pool heating included in the rental price from May until end of September
In April and October we can heat the pool for you for an additional fee.
Long term stays don't include the electricity consumption. Will will account this once a month.

Since 2014 I offer Rental Management to owners of vacation villas in Les Landes, France (located between Hossegor and Moliets).
I am living together with my wife and our 2 sons in Moliets et Maa where I am also involved in the local town hall.
