Modern 4 bedroom house with a fully equipped studio connected to the main house. This will provide more privacy when travelling with grandparents or 2 separate families. South facing terrace leading into the open garden with a heated pool. Open and spacious lounge / kitchen / dining area with big windows for a beautiful view into the open forest. The house is built facing south into the open forest which gives you a beautiful view into the green.
With the connecting studio which you can access via the kitchen and the garden, our house is ideal for 2 families who want to share their holidays together while having enough privacy.
The open spacious kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the dining and lounge area.
The pool has an alarmsystem for the safety of your kids. Around the pool area you will find shade on the grass under the trees and plants.
All 4 bedrooms are equipped with double beds and direct bathroom access which provides enough privacy for all guests.
You will have access to the entire house and garden. Only the shed and garage in front of the house will be locked because our belongings are in there.
Pool won't be heated from November until April.
The villa is managed by Blue Door Agency and property manager Phil is always happy to help and advise.
Our house is situated in a calm residential living area.
The grocery-shop, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, tourist office, gift-shops and restaurants are all in the direct surrounding.
The beach and golf course is only a short 5 min. drive down the road.
From where the house is located you can do everything by bike. Since a few years all streets in the town of Moliets are made bicycle friendly.
We do highly recommend to have a car for at least a couple of days to discover the beautiful south west of France (mountains, winery, sports, Basque Country etc.).

Please bring your own beach/ pool towels.
Pool heating and cleaning is included in the rental price from Avril until end of September.
We can help you organise yoga- and / or surf lessons, bicyle rentals, airport transfers and private chef if you wish.
The house is also available for long term stays from November until April.

Since 2014 I offer Rental Management to owners of vacation villas in Les Landes, France (located between Hossegor and Moliets).
I am living together with my wife and our 2 sons in Moliets et Maa where I am also involved in the local town hall.
